We will confirm your request the same day, normally within an hour, but in some instances it can take longer. There are no hidden fees or surcharges, please use the pricing page for your quote. For same day transportation requests, send text to 970 846 9274 You can also text this number for future availability before completing form.
*Credit Cards will only be billed with reservation availability and acceptance and you wont be billed until the day of your trip.

CANCELLATION POLICY.
Full refund if canceled due to airline cancellations.
If your flight is delayed we won’t leave you stranded. We will work together to get you to Steamboat as quickly as possible.
Full refund if canceled outside of 48 hours.
If canceled 24-48 hours/50% refund
If canceled within 24 hours/ $0 refund.
We understand that sometimes things happen when traveling and we try to be as fair as possible with our cancellation policy.
Steamboat Mountain Town Rides prioritizes SAFETY above all. There is a chance due to Blizzard conditions, rock/mudslides, or traffic accidents that we may be running behind schedule for your reservation. IF this happens we will ALWAYS be in communication with you.
